Nurse Mosaic Refund & Return Policy

At Nurse Mosaic, we are committed to delivering professional services and tools that support the growth of independent nurse contractors. We value your trust and aim to be transparent in our refund and return policies.
General Refund Policy
All Nurse Mosaic services and products are designed to empower and equip nurses with tools, resources, and support. However, Nurse Mosaic does not guarantee the success of any nurse’s business. Success is dependent on the nurse’s consistency, effort, and application of the resources provided.
Service-Based Products
Refunds for services—including website creation, LLC formation with EIN, Pro Launch Packages, and Launch Kits—are only granted in cases where Nurse Mosaic fails to deliver the service as outlined. If a service has been completed or has made significant progress, it is non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to reach out with any concerns so we may correct or clarify as needed.
Digital Downloads and Templates
Due to the nature of digital products, all downloadable templates, guides, checklists, and similar items are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Please ensure you review all descriptions and sample images before purchase.
Membership Refund Policy
At Nurse Mosaic, we’re committed to providing valuable tools, resources, and support to help you succeed as an independent nurse contractor. Because results depend on each member’s own actions, engagement, and commitment, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
For this reason, membership fees are non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and it will not be renewed. You can continue enjoying all your benefits until your term ends.
We encourage all members to make full use of the resources, templates, community, and guidance available during their membership to get the most out of their investment.

Physical Products
Returns for physical products (such as swag, folders, or kits) must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in like-new condition. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the returned item, minus any shipping costs. Damaged, used, or incomplete items are not eligible for refund.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a refund or initiate a return, please contact our team at support@nursemosaic.com with your order number and reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed within seven business days.
